Based on Adobe’s decision to retire Flash as of December 31, 2020, Transocean has taken contingency steps to roll out a Flash-less browser in order to for the Kronos application to continue to function in 2021. This browser is called Harman Browser and it is currently installed on your desktop.
We have added instructions bellow on How to use Harman Browser and How to install the Harman Browser
In case you are unable to find the browser on your machine and/or are having issues accessing kindly reach out to CSC at CSC@deepwater.com for immediate assistance.
How to use Harman Browser:
- Find it by going to Start Applications
- Launch Harman Browser
- Enter in following URL on Home Page : https://mykronos.deepwater.com
- Save as Options Bookmark this Page: Name it: Kronos Production
How to install the Harman Browser:
- Navigate to windows start application and find Software Center, under application you will see Harman Browser install package as shown in the image below
- Click the Harman Browser and it will take you to the next step to install the Harman Browser, as shown in the image below
- Now click the Install Button, installation will complete in few minutes
- In order to use the browser for Kronos please follow the below steps
